What is the best food in the world?
Is it fish, that contains Omega 3 oils?
Is it spirulina, a whole food that has plenty of nutrients needed by the body?
Is it milk or egg?
As corny as it may sound, my answer will be "Mum's Cooking" that is fortified with all the love in the world.
......untill I get married and my wife starts cooking for me, then I will have to think twice before declaring whose cooking is the "best food in the world"
